Lembaga Pelabuhan Kuantan or Kuantan Port Authority is a Federal Statutory Body established on 1st September 1974 under the Port Authorities Act 1963 and placed under the purview of Ministry of Transport. Act as a Regulator and Facilitator to establish Kuantan Port in becoming a prime time trading centre which is continually provided with optimum and quality facilities and services for the benefit of port users and to ensure successful and regularity running of operation, development and progress of the port.
